RESULTS

TEST CLINICI*

1In vitro instrumental test conducted by an independent laboratory to evaluate the antiradical effect. The test determines antioxidant capacity by reacting the sample with a DPPH [2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl] solution and analyzing the decrease in the radical’s peak at 517 nm using a spectrophotometer. A single dose of the product is capable of neutralizing 700 μmol of free radicals, corresponding to an antioxidant activity of 85.97%.
2In vitro instrumental test conducted by an independent laboratory to evaluate anti-glycation activity. The test determines anti-glycation activity based on the fluorimetric measurement of Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs) in a system that uses BSA as a reference protein and two intermediates (glucose/MGO). The reduction in fluorescence of the argpyrimidine-like marker indicates the product’s ability to inhibit AGE formation. The product demonstrates up to 88% inhibition of AGE formation after 7 days.
 3Instrumental clinical test conducted by an independent laboratory on 20 volunteers, aged 35–59, with pigmentation irregularities and regularly exposed to pollutants (environmental pollution, cigarette smoke) and blue light. The brightness activation index was measured by combining the results obtained from the analysis of Skin Brightness, the ITA angle (brightening and evening-out effect), and Maximum Pigmentation (highest concentration of pigment per unit area).
